Milliman Off Campus Hiring – Trainee Software Engineer (Frontend)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Gain a thorough understanding of the organization’s mission, core values, and strategic objectives to ensure all activities align with these priorities.
- Demonstrate an eagerness to learn by actively participating in training sessions and applying acquired knowledge to assigned tasks and projects.
- Familiarize yourself with the tools, technologies, and frameworks used by the development team to make meaningful contributions to ongoing projects.
- Start by working under supervision, with opportunities to gradually take ownership of tasks and operate independently as proficiency improves.
- Collaborate effectively with a globally distributed team, maintaining strong communication across different time zones.
Key Requirements:
- Fresh graduates aspiring for a career in IT are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with Redux, Databricks, and SQL is an added advantage.
- A solid understanding of foundational frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and object-oriented programming (e.g., C#). Experience with .NET Core, JavaScript, React.js, and its core concepts is essential.
